Financing sizes and terms vary depending on the financing type and the borrowers’ profiles. Our financing sizes range from $250,000 to $75,000,000. Depending on financing types, repayment terms vary from 1 to 30 years.

Required:

  • Driver’s license – used to confirm identity
  • Recent business bank statements – typically the last three months, used to review deposits and revenue consistency
  • Voided business check – to set up funding and repayment

Sometimes requested:

  • Prior year tax and personal returns – may be required for larger requests or additional underwriting
  • Merchant processing statements – used when credit-card sales are part of your business revenue

For example, for businesses, Commercial & Industrial financing may take 30 days, while private credit will take 2-3 weeks, and short term capital will take 1 week. Similarly, in real estate financing, conventional financing takes longer than private lenders, and bridge financing is much faster than conventional loans. Government-backed DUS Agencies financing typically take longer, with up to 60 days for Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac.

The ratio, calculated by dividing the property’s annual Net Operating Income by its annual debt service amount (which includes principal and interest), directly influences the amount and terms of the financing.
